About Olivia
Olivia Fabian is a strategic creative director with deep expertise in healthcare, retail, and nonprofit marketing, specializing in brand-level strategy, creative operations, and building the teams and systems that bring big ideas to life at scale.
As Director of Creative at Parkview Health, one of Indiana's largest regional health systems, Olivia leads an internal creative department across video, copy, design, and project management while directing the output of multiple agency partners. She is currently guiding Parkview through a significant brand refresh alongside an active portfolio of campaigns, patient storytelling, and community content.
Before moving in-house, Olivia founded a retail brand with a successful wholesale and direct-to-consumer market, then spent twelve years at a brand agency training under some of the best and brightest creatives before climbing to Creative Director and Agency Partner. She brings that entrepreneurial foundation and agency-level thinking to everything she builds.
With well over a decade of experience in branding and advertising, Olivia is a resourceful, imaginative, and results-driven leader whose courage to innovate makes her as effective behind the scenes as she is in front of a brief.
Olivia is well-traveled, having lived and worked in cities across the globe including Istanbul, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Austin, Nashville, and many more.
Her background as a professional figure skater and show producer has provided her with the foundation to blend high-concept artistry and consumer-facing production which she still draws from in her current role. Fabian’s experience training and competing as a fourth-degree master black belt and national champion in martial arts continues to support her drive for results and her hard-working spirit.
